1. What is the difference between the Renovati Cleanse I, II, IV Systems?
The BBS Renovati Cleanse IV Series is our most durable unit designed for office use and the extra work required of the unit to perform its daily task. It comes with 3 water modules, main system, and aluminum carrying case. This system is the most powerful system we sell and features our exclusive "Triple Safety System or TSS™ Technology" for the utmost in safety. It also features three preset "Mode" buttons, manual adjustment, system hour meter and our standard 5-year warranty. This system is ideal for office use.
The BBS Renovati Cleanse II Series is our mid range system and features our exclusive "Triple Safety System or TSS™ Technology" for the up most in safety. It also features a preset "Mode" button, manual adjustment and our standard 5-year warranty. It is an excellent home system and can be used for the office. This system comes with one water module, manual and starter sea salt.
The BBS Renovati Cleanse I System is our entry-level system. It is not as powerful as the others but makes a great home use system. This system is not approved for office use and the warranty is void if it is used in an office setting. This system comes with one water module, manual and starter sea salt.

2. How long does the water module last?
You will get between 90-120 sessions on one of our water modules, depending on the type of water you use. They are made from medical grade stainless steel for maximum durability and do not contain copper.

3. How often can you use the detox footbath system on yourself?
We recommend that you only Detox yourself every 48 to 72 hours, this gives your body a chance to recover from your session. Using the system too much can make you depressed or fatigued and it is not beneficial to your body to Detox more than recommended.

4. Can people with Diabetes use the system?
Yes, but we recommend that you start using the system at a reduced rate and for only 10 minutes the first session. If the person feels OK then you can slowly start increasing the time and rate over a period of 30-45 days.

5. Why is it beneficial to use a foot massager before and after your Detox session?
By using the foot massager before your session it helps relax your feet and allows your body to better absorb the energy of the Detox session and then start detoxing itself.

6. Why use a mineral supplement after your Detox session?
No system on the market can distinguish between "good" and "bad" minerals that it is detoxing from the body. So it is only natural that you may lose good minerals during your session. Utilizing the supplement, you replace those "good minerals" lost after your session.

8. What kind of water can I use?
Water from a well is the best, but tap water, bottled spring water or filtered water work great as well. You don't want to use distilled, softened or reverse osmosis water as the minerals have been taken out of the water and this greatly reduces the power of the BBS Detox System.

9. Is it possible I can see color change without feet in the water?
The answer is Yes! With no feet in the water as with feet in the water you will see an orange/brown color to varying degrees depending on your water. This is normal with the BBS Detox System because of the strength of the system it also causes more of a reaction with the impurities of the water.

10. What are the colors and how do I know the system is working?
We currently do not use color charts. There is no scientific evidence backing up any color chart as to where in the body the specific colors are coming from. We at BBS have two doctors doing a research project for us to better determine what is happening. You must understand, what is coming out of the body is microscopic and may not always be visible.

11. Can I still use the BBS Unit while taking prescription drugs?
As a rule people who are on day-to-day prescription drugs, we feel this is fine, as long as you and your health professional are comfortable with it.
For people on life sustaining drugs, we recommend that you always consult with your health professional, possibly finish your course of medication, and then use the BBS unit.

13. Why do I feel tired after a bath?
People can feel tired or full of energy after a bath.
For those who might feel tired, it is recommended to use the BBS unit in the evening, so their bodies can get that well deserved rest.
If you feel full of energy after a bath, then it is best to have your bath in the morning.

15. Why does the water color change?
The color change in the water can be attributed to a multitude of variances including, the water quality you are using and your health status.

16. My water is clear and my wife's foot bath water is quite different, why?
There is no need to be concerned.
It has to do with the fact that we are not created "equal". We do not have the same skin, the same health, the same lifestyle, and the same diet. The water color is a reflection of the "sediments" it contains AND the state of your health and skin.
